CW19/ CW33 Textile

CW19/ CW33 Textile

CW19/ CW33 for Textile & Apparel, High-performance Dye Sublimation Inkjet Printer

CW series is available in two model sizes: CW19 and CW33, with print widths of 1.9m and 3.3m (75" and 130") respectively. They are specially developed for high-quality and high-speed printing on sublimation transfer paper. Owing to upgraded release & take-up system, enhanced multi-station drying system and advanced degas system, CW series delivers stable and reliable print quality. CW series is the ideal choice for personalized, customized, or short-run textile printing.

  • Eco-friendly
  • Economic
  • Efficient

Highlights:

Enhanced multi-station drying system for different media
The drying system of the CW33 printer incorporates front-heater, middle-heater, IR drying module, as well as cooling fan. The temperatures of heaters can be controlled separately. The efficient drying system achieves better ink absorption and ensures inks are completely dried before heat transfer paper is rewound so that ghosting or replicas caused by the migration of inks can be fully avoided.

Print Head Maintenance
Based on an all-in-one design concept, the small and compact Print Head Maintenance Module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping instead of manual maintenance.
Light Curtain Sensor
4 yellow light curtain sensors installed in the corners assure safety printing.  Once any object enters into the printing area during printing, they will be triggered to stop the movement of the carriage.

Release & take-up system

Release & Take-up System precisely controls the tension and speed of unwinding and rewinding to keep feeding straight according to the thickness of media and roll diameters.

Advanced degas system
Dissolved gases will inevitably accumulate in the ink as a result of repeatedly pressurizing and decompressing the piezoelectric crystal. The hollow fiber membrane degas system of CW series efficiently eliminates the air bubbles that may impact on nozzle performance for consistent and reliable print quality.

Degas System

Grayscale and light color printing
CW series supports to print with up to 8 color inks including light colors. Amica’s proprietary Variable Droplet Size control technology combining with light color printing allows superior quality prints with soft skin tones, smooth gradients, as well as crisp and clear small-size texts and lines. You will not only benefit from lower ink consumption, but also obtain high-quality final prints.

Perfect and seamless repeated images
Step & Repeat. You just need to add a single repeat into ColorPRINT, rather than wasting time to create huge files containing many repeats in design applications. ColorPRINT also offers a lot of settings to adjust your repeats, such as shift size, mirror types and the controls of drop, slide or diagonal.

Seamlessly printing repeats. ColorPRINT can not only RIP overall image with many repeats for the best printing quality, but also RIP one repeat for high Ripping speed. Utilizing proprietary halftone algorithms, ColorPRINT will perfectly eliminate seams between repeats. PCS (Printer Control Software) can automatically duplicate Ripped data only containing one repeat for printing and meanwhile fit for the length and width of textiles.

Consistent and brilliant color reproduction

ICC Color Management. CW series is compatible with ICC color management workflow. It guarantees excellent print quality and high efficiency with exquisite and consistent color.

Color book and special color. Color Book in ColorPRINT enables you to define a range of color swatches. After printing swatches on target fabrics and completing the finishing processes, you can choose your desired swatch and enter its color value into the Special Color Library in ColorPRINT or your design applications. All you do will empower you to print out exact colors efficiently and easily.

Spot color. CW series enables you to print spot colors with combinations of 4 or 6 process inks or spot inks. It helps you to meet even the most stringent corporate brand requirements while printing corporate logos and recognizing colors.

Printer Control Software (PCS) installed on a Host PC is designed for scanning inkjet printing. It offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor printer status, and set printer options, such as the amplitude and pulse width of jetting waveforms and the temperature for each print head.

Amica’s PCS processes incoming RIP data and provides a software interface allowing RIP software to print jobs to the printer directly. The control interface features include print head cleaning, print head calibration, motor speed settings, and print head settings, etc..
