The DualSpin Ultra printer is the latest generation of industrial 360° seamless rotary UV inkjet printers, designed for high-speed direct printing on bottles, cups, tubes, cans, containers, cylinders and tapered objects. The DualSpin Ultra is not only equipped with dual print engines and 2 x 2 stations, but also realize automatic loading and unloading of cylinders and tapered objects. With its powerful and reliable automated production capabilities, the DualSpin Ultra significantly saves manpower and shortens lead times. The DualSpin Ultra can print primer, white ink, CMYK, LcLm, orange ink and green ink, as well as varnish at the same time, and can be used on various types of materials such as metal, plastic, glass, paper and wood.

  • 2) The stable frame structure meets the requirements for high-speed printing. The steel beam with dual guide rails ensures the stable movement of the carriage.

  • 3) Two sets of LED light strips are installed at the top of the beam, and three transparent acrylic panels are mounted on the front of the machine. (The acrylic panels on the front are not shown in the picture.)

  • 4) Based on an all-in-one design concept, the compact print head maintenance module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping for convenient unattended operation.

  • 5) The machine is equipped with three emergency stop buttons on the left, middle, and right ends to ensure operational safety.

  • 6) The automatic ink supply system monitors and controls ink levels of the main and sub ink tanks with liquid level sensors.

  • 7) When white ink, colored ink, and varnish are printed simultaneously, the segmented UV curing control technology achieves a perfect glossy effect and increases productivity by more than 50%.

  • 8) When printing tapered objects, the loading platform can be adjusted in angle based on their conicity.

  • 9) The dual monitoring system monitors in real-time whether the items to be printed are in position.

The intuitive 10" color LCD touch screen provides control over the main printer and the automatic loading and unloading modules, making operation easy and quick.

The loading and unloading manipulators are each composed of two sets of suction cups. The anti-collision device ensures the safe operation of the manipulator.

The DualSpin Ultra achieves high-efficiency production featuring twin-bottle simultaneous printing and 2 × 2 stations for loading, printing, curing and unloading.

  • Each of the 4 stations is equipped with its own ink mist absorption and filtration device.

  • The fixtures that match cylinders or tapered objects of different shapes and sizes can be easily and stably fixed onto the printer. Their angles can be adjusted electrically. During printing, cylinders or tapered objects are automatically clamped and supported.

  • The special calibration technique ensures that tapered objects at different stations remain aligned with the horizontal line.

  • Optical fiber transmission and high-volume data processing technology ensure stable and fast data transmission.

The loading platform with multiple fixed bases and a single-sided guide plate ensures accurate grabbing of items.
