The RotaSpin EX Pro, as an industrial direct-to-object UV-LED inkjet printer, has developed its special application fields, such as milk powder cans, meal replacement powder cans, edible oil buckets and other packaging printing, as well as decoration printing of ice buckets, beer barrels, trash cans, storage bucket, flower pots, etc.

Ink Droplet Compensation Algorithm for tapered object printing ensures even image density on different sections of the tapered object and avoiding image deformation.

Embossed printing builds up raised layers of ink for overall or only appealing parts on tapered or cylindrical objects.	Double-sided printing on transparent materials achieves accurate registration.

ColorPRINT Bottle/ Cup

Whether it is cylindrical bottle or conical cup, ColorPRINT Bottle/ Cup Software has the capability of precisely controlling the amount of ink and the locations of droplets to achieve consistent color and excellent print quality. Bottle/ Cup template allows you to define print locations of images by inputting diameter, height, UV width and UV start position. In addition, the color and print quality of bottle/ cup can be set by your preference. It also offers an intuitive 2D/ 3D preview of the job.
