Broad media compatibility increases flexibility for your business. The LR54 full color inkjet web press offers a web width range from 60mm to 120mm and print width up to 54mm. It enables to print on a wide range of media up to 0.4mm thick. Supported media includes Self-adhesive label stock, fabric ribbon, tyvek, polyester, etc. Versatile Ink Systems satisfy different application requirements. Water-based ink system can be configured depending on media and substrates. The earth-friendly water-based inks can be printed on a wide range of standard uncoated offset media and inkjet-optimized coated media, especially printed on care labels, and fabric ribbons/ lanyards for decoration. CMYK plus White ink realize versatility to print on more types of media with attractive visual effects. With white ink, under-printing and over-printing are available to extend the range of application on clear films for“no-label look”labels, as well as metallic substrates frequently used in the cosmetic and medical markets. |

high-speed single-pass printing up to 100m (328ft) per minute at 600x300dpi, and up to 75m (246ft) per minute at
600x600dpi. The high-performance inkjet web press delivers quick turnaround cycle with minimal setup time and no
need for films, plates and screens. It also reduces the consumable costs with less fabric and ink. |

NIR drying module is especially designed for high-quality and high-speed printing. Its effects are limited to ink printed areas, while the unprinted areas, the naked substrates are not affected at all.

Gain convenient maintenance and cost-effective performance. A station with Automatic
Print Head Maintenance Module is designed to maximize performance and decrease maintenance expenses. Before or
after printing, the Print Head Module stays at the maintenance station for automatic purging, wiping and capping.
