Industrial Dye Sublimation Inkjet Printer, for Textile & Apparel
CWR19 is our latest industrial dye sublimation inkjet printer, with a maximum print width of 1.85m and productivity up to 125sqm./ hr.
(70 linear meters/ hr.) at the resolution of 600 × 600dpi. CWR19 is specially designed for printing with sublimation paper as thin as 40g/ sqm. to accommodate the increasing demands for lower material costs and improved profits. Equipped with highly-integrated print head carriage, automatic feeding system, enhanced multi-station drying system, and advanced degas system, CWR19 offers an excellent cost-effective and ideal digital textile solution for highly-productive printing 24/ 7 on sublimation transfer paper.
Features
Accurate Media Feeding System CWR19's accurate media feeding system realizes unattended non-stop printing without re-loading media overnight. The feeding system is specially designed for continuously and accurately handling the advancement of ultrathin sublimation paper on a wide-format inkjet printer. |

Enhanced Multi-station Drying System Matches High
Productivity Printing
The Drying System is consisted of 3 drying modules, and the temperature of each module can be controlled separately. The efficient drying system achieves better ink absorption so that inks can be completely dried before paper is rewound.

VDS Control Technology Brings Superior Print Quality Amica’s proprietary VDS (Variable Droplet Size) control technology combines multi-level droplet size control and grayscale printing, allowing superior quality prints with soft skin tones, smooth gradients, as well as crisp and clear small-sized texts and lines, providing you with high-quality final prints. |
VDS Control |
Advanced Degas System Achieves Reliable
Printing Dissolved gases will inevitably accumulate in the ink as a result of repeatedly pressurizing and decompressing the piezoelectric crystal. The hollow fiber membrane degas system of CWR19 efficiently eliminates the air bubbles that may impact on nozzle performance for consistent and reliable print quality. |

Perfect and Seamless Repeated Images |

Step & Repeat. You just need to add a single repeat into ColorPRINT, rather than wasting time to create huge files containing many repeats in design applications. ColorPRINT also offers a lot of settings to adjust your repeats, such as shift size, mirror types and the controls of drop, slide or diagonal.
