TDS PRO-EH is a UV-LED flatbed inkjet printer designed specifically for direct printing on thick objects as well as various flexible or rigid substrates. It can not only handle extra-tall objects with a thickness of up to 600 mm (23.6 in), but also easily achieve batch printing of small-sized parts and products with dedicated fixtures. This versatile all-in-one solution greatly reduces production costs and significantly improves economic efficiency.

Printing with high-density white inks, the TDS PRO-EH offers bright and vivid colors on transparent and colored media. Thanks to the white ink circulation system, the TDS PRO-EH easily keeps the white ink properly mixed for solid covering and coloration.

The addition of orange and green inks greatly broadens the color spectrum and gains more control over a variety of prints.
The TDS PRO-EH makes prints more attractive and competitive by outputting not only a new range of oranges and greens, but also bright and vibrant yellows, reds, purples, blues, while maintaining smooth gradients.

Digital varnish delivers unique tactile and visual impact

Varnish printing provides a variety of surface finishes with attractive tactile and visual effects. The overall media can be covered with a gloss/matte finish; or glossy/matte spot varnish can be added to specified parts to be more appealing. Various types of patterns are embedded in the Print Production Watermark (PPW) software for digital varnish printing. Logos can be also printed out as varnish watermarks.

Fixture printing means high volumes and short lead time

The TDS PRO-EH is an ideal solution for simultaneously printing multiple small-sized objects, even with different artworks. Using jigs allows small-sized items to be quickly and precisely positioned on the flatbed table.
ColorPRINT RIP software allows to customize “template” according to the jig and define each image. The real-time preview achieves what you see is what you print.

User friendly color LCD Control Panel provides printer status information and offline printer control.

Active Negative Pressure System

An Active Negative Pressure System ensures stable and high-quality printing at the highest possible firing frequency.

Automatic Ink Supply System

Automatic Ink Supply System monitors and controls the ink levels of main and sub ink tanks with liquid level sensors. The alarm will be automatically triggered upon ink shortage or overflows.

Printhead Maintenance Module

Based on an all-in-one design concept, the small and compact Printhead Maintenance Module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping to maintain reliable printhead operation over long term.

Segmented UV Curing

Segmented UV curing enables independent zone activation for uniformed glossy effect of varnish. An adjustable lamp angle prevents nozzle from exposure to UV light, extending printhead life.

ColorPRINT is professional RIP software designed and developed for industrial inkjet printing applications. ColorPRINT offers fast RIP speed, reliable & efficient job printing production, and streamlined workflow. Users can easily obtain smooth gradient, vivid images and sharp small size text with its advanced RIP technology. ICC color management workflow ensures vivid and brilliant colors. ColorPRINT is available in ColorPRINT PS and ColorPRINT Server to satisfy the demands of medium-scaled and large-scaled users respectively.

Printer Control Software (PCS) installed on a Host PC is designed for scanning inkjet printing. It offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor printer status, and set printer options, such as the amplitude and pulse width of jetting waveforms and the temperature for each print head.

Amica’s PCS processes incoming RIP data and provides a software interface allowing RIP software to print jobs to the printer directly. The control interface features include print head cleaning, print head calibration, motor speed settings, and print head settings, etc.

MagicPage VDP

MagicPage is specially designed for monochrome and color variable data printing (VDP), supporting several types of objects, such as text, dates, times, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, MICR Fonts, and photo images. MagicPage’s features include template management, layout design, data merging, and output preview. MagicPage simplifies and streamlines a wide range of printing applications like security printing, mailings, labels, packaging, barcode printing, and business forms.
