With rapid curing UV inks and no need to use plates, TA2521 printer owns the ability to print on a wider range of substrates up to 150mm (5.9") and efficiently satisfies the needs of short runs and on-demand printing. Precise positioning of substrates achieves high-accuracy printing
Precision features of TA2521 include scales helping to define the printing origin on the media, avoiding annoying aligning work; plus vacuum holes on the platen to suck air with four fans, ensuring correct registration even for bi-direction or multi-pass printing. With the vacuum function enabled, the media will be sucked tight and flat on the platen, so that it will not scratch the head nozzle and also high-accuracy printing will be achieved.

The TA2521 printer is an ideal solution for printing same or different images on a large number of small-sized substrates. Template can be placed on the flatbed table to quickly position small-sized substrates. The ColorPRINT RIP software allows to customize “template” according to the size of the real template and define the print quantity of each image. The real-time preview makes sure what you see is what you print.

Printing with the high density white inks, TA2521 offers bright and vivid colors on transparent and colored media. Thanks to the separate white ink circulation system, TA2521 easily keeps the white ink properly mixed for consistent and reliable printing.

Coming with professional ColorPRINT RIP software, TA2521 enables over-printing for backlit applications on transparent materials, under-printing for colored materials, printing white out of images, or printing white as a spot color.

ColorPRINT offers fast RIP speed, reliable & efficient job printing production, and streamlined workflow. Printer Control Software (PCS) installed on a Host PC is designed for scanning inkjet printing. It offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor printer status, and set printer options, such as the amplitude and pulse width of jetting waveforms and the temperature for each print head.

Amica’s PCS processes incoming RIP data and provides a software interface allowing RIP software to print jobs to the printer directly. The control interface features include print head cleaning, print head calibration, motor speed settings, and print head settings, etc.
