NuviINK Water-based Ink Series
The NuviINK water-based inks series can be divided into dye-based inks and pigment-based inks.
For semi-coated and coated Paper
KD-CP dye based ink series has good adhesion, fast drying, as well as satisfactory spreading on semi-coated and coated paper.
For applications requires water-repellent, KPAC-SPHD pigment based inks will definitely satisfy the needs. It provides vibrant colors, dries fast, has excellent jetting performance at high speed single pass printing, while good spreading on coated paper.
For porous or non-coated paper stocks
We provide both dye based and pigment based ink solutions for porous paper, as well as super absorbent material like napkin.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Inks
DTG Inks is water-based pigment ink designed to print directly on cotton garment. It formulated for medium drop size print head like Ricoh. Different pretreatment are developed for different type of garment to achieve great adhesion and washing resistant.
For Corrugated Box
NuviINK LPAC-PKHY water-based inks are developed to satisfy the requirement of corrugated box printing. It is designed to stay on top of the substrate instead of being fully absorbed by carton to give good printing quality and vibrant color. It is water-resistant and it dries fast to keep up with the high printing speed.
UV blocking pigment ink for CTS (Computer to screen)
Water-based UV Blocking Pigment Ink is specifically developed for CTS (computer to screen) imaging printer and for the process of printing on screens. It is tuned to have high density so as to efficiently block UV light from curing emulsion under the ink.
