Equipped with industrial DOD grey-scale print heads, Venus 32D offers a significant cost-effective and flexible solution to the narrow-format printing, and it meets the increasing and rigorous demands for the applications of mailings, barcodes, bills, checks, packages, coding and marking. Venus 32D supports printing variable data, including barcodes, serial numbers, dates, time, texts, and logos.

With numerous advantages of VDP, Venus 32D is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed, and both online and offline targeted marking printing. As a fully integrated digital inkjet print engine, it can be easily integrated into existing printing systems thanks to its modular design, to create more value-added opportunities.

Versatile Ink Applications
Venus 32D inkjet print engine offers two kinds of ink systems to satisfy different applications. Depending on media and substrates, UV ink system or water-based dye/ pigment ink system can be configured. 
UV inks have advantages of extensive material applicability and durability. They can be printed on a wide range of coated or uncoated substrates, including plastic cards, paper, and metals. The earth-friendly water-based inks can be printed on coated paper.  

Easy for Mounting and Alignment

The multi-angle adjustment mounting bracket enables the operator to adjust the angle of the X, Y, and Z-axis directions for each Print Head Module. Users can adjust the relative position of print heads easily and precisely. 

Various & Movable Printing Positions

The target printing position of variable data usually changes with different printing jobs. Venus 32D enables you to precisely adjust the printing position of the variable data to meet the demands of each job.

MagicPage is specially designed for monochrome and color variable data printing (VDP), supporting several types of objects, such as texts, dates, time, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, MICR Fonts, and photo images. MagicPage’s features include template management, layout design, data merging, and output preview. MagicPage simplifies and streamlines a wide range of printing applications like security printing, mailings, labels, packaging, barcode printing, and business forms.
