High Performance Inkjet Printing Engine for VDP
The Morpho Color series is available in 3 models - C108, C216, C108P - for full-color variable data printing (VDP) applications.
Featuring Kyocera KJ4 printhead, high-speed and high-resolution piezoelectric inkjet printhead technology, the Morpho Color series meets the growing and demanding needs for printing barcodes, serial numbers, dates, logos, images, times, and text on coated or uncoated substrates.
The Morpho Color series is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed printing, and both in-line and off-line targeted marking printing. The modular design offers greater flexibility to combine the Morpho Color with different technologies, such as feeding, UV curing, camera inspection or host PC. In addition, the different head modules of the Morpho Color series and the Morpho series can be combined to make a more complex printing system for different print widths and print positions.
Morpho Color series prints clear and sharp edges at high resolution of 600 × 600 DPI. Text as small as 4pt is perfectly legible.

As a digital add-on module, the Morpho Color series can be easily integrated into any existing press, turning it into a cost-effective color digital press. |
Advanced Variable Droplet Size Control Technology
Enables 1 to 3 levels of grayscale ink drop size control to improve the print quality of gradations and color.
Integrated Control for UV Ink Pinning & Curing
Provides sharper, more vivid image print quality by "pinning" ink droplets to control dot gain.
FLEXIBLE MODULE COMBINATION
Based on modular design, this system flexibly combines multiple printhead modules (different models available) to create tailored printing solutions for varied needs. It supports customizable settings for print width, position, and color mode (monochrome/color). (See the example above.)
