Features

Flatbed Printing Mode:

In flatbed printing mode, LPS330 allows users to print directly on rigid substrates and supports different templates for different items, such as stationery, cards, gifts, and novelties.

  • Flatbed size: 1200 × 350 mm (47.2 × 13.8 in)
  • Vacuum zone size: 1100 × 330 mm (43.3 × 13 in)
  • Maximum print size: 1100 × 320 mm (43.3 × 12.6 in)
  • Z-axis height: Up to 40 mm (1.57 in)

Roll-to-Roll & Flatbed Printing Mode:

In roll-to-roll & flatbed printing mode, LPS330 allows you to produce eye-catching, distinctive prints for a wide range of applications.

  • Roll feeding page by page with the length of 1100 mm
  • Maximum print width: 320 mm (12.6 in)
  • Media thickness: 0.32 mm (0.013 in) maximum

For higher print productivity, the wide shuttle carriage supports up to 18 print heads and 6 color channels to achieve 320 mm print width per print swath.

Based on the all-in-one design concept, the small and compact print head maintenance module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping.

During high-speed production, the vacuum table keeps the substrate stationary and flat to obtain precise color registration.

Using the integrated technology including servo drive control, tension control, and automatic deviation correction, LPS realizes high-precision media feeding.

The splicing table facilitates fast roll switching, reducing downtime and material waste.

The optical sensing system can quickly identify black positioning marks to accurately overprint varnish patterns, variable data or images on the preprinted roll.

Finishing & embossed effects

2.5D printing enables you to achieve remarkably rich and special effects ranging from gloss or matte finishes for overall or only appealing parts, to texture or embossed effects. LPS330 also supports to build up raised ink layers on a wide range of thick substrates.

Logos & recognizing color printing

LPS330 supports professional color management workflow and is compatible with various international standard ICC profiles. LPS330 enables you to print spot colors with combinations of 4 or 6 process inks, or with spot inks. It helps you to meet even stringent corporate brand requirements while printing corporate logos and recognizing colors.

Outstanding white color printing

The White Ink Printing feature including under-printing and over-printing offers outstanding solid and opaque white ink layers on transparent films or metallic substrates. High quality images without white stitch lines can be obtained thanks to the Choke feature.

High-resolution printing

Equipped with industrial DOD piezoelectric print heads, featuring up to 600dpi physical resolution, LPS330 produces small-sized texts and crisp, clear, easy-to-read barcodes. Amica’s proprietary VDS (Variable Droplet Size) control technology realizes sharp images with fine details of graphical elements, smoother gradients and vivid colors.
