Morpho 540XZ
Wide-Format Inkjet Printing Engine for VDP

Morpho 540XZ is high-performance wide-format inkjet printing engine for variable data printing (VDP) that includes water-based and UV systems. The electric motion control of Head Module in the X-axis and Z-axis makes operation more convenient and faster. Variable Droplet Size (VDS) control technology ensures clear and sharp edges of lines and text. Text as small as 4 pt is perfectly legible.

The modular design offers great flexibility to combine Morpho 540XZ with different technologies, such as media transporter, UV curing, camera inspection for batching and verification. Morpho 540XZ is easy to integrate into existing production lines, achieving high-speed online or offline printing at designated location.
