The DG54 colour inkjet printing engine adopts an innovative inkjet printing technology featuring micro-step and multi-pass scanning, which combines the high speed of single-pass printing with the high precision of scanning printing to meet the printing needs of special production lines. With the following significant benefits, the DG54 is the ideal alternative solution for pad printing, screen printing, and heat transfer printing.

Suitable for Non-Continuous Production Line
Unlike the majority of inkjet printing engines on the market, the DG54 meets the printing needs of non-continuous production lines in the manufacturing industry, such as spare parts, semi-finished products, etc.
The DG54 also meets the needs of the traditional graphical industry.
Easy to be Integrated into Production Lines
Depending on the type of printable material, a vacuum table or fixtures are available.
The vacuum table equipped with three turbine fans firmly fixes the media, ensuring its flatness during printing. In the photo below, the DG54 is printing on flexible materials.
Depending on the size and shape of the printed item, custom fixtures are supported for accurate positioning and delivery. In the photo below, the DG54 is printing on the caps of the boxes.
