Automated Printhead Maintenance Module
Automated maintenance includes purging, wiping, and capping. Its modular, compact design enables easy installation/removal and automated control, with each module operating independently.
Adapts to Different Ink Types
Choose from two ink options: robust UV-curable or specialized water-based. UV ink boasts exceptional durability and adaptability for various substrates like plastic, paper, and metal. Water-based ink is ideal for coated paper.
Compatibility with Printing Platforms of
Various Heights
The system adapts to various platforms by swapping beam supports, with a vertical adjustment range from 45 mm below to slightly above the mounting surface.
Multi-angle Printhead Alignment
The printhead module boasts a true 600 DPI resolution. Its patented multi-angle adjustment bracket enables easy fine-tuning on X, Y, and Z axes for perfect alignment.
Horizontal Fine-Tuning of Printhead Module
The printhead module's X-axis is motor-driven, with a precision of 0.1 mm. This ensures accurate positioning and high-quality variable data printing, even at high speeds.
Height Adjustment of Printhead Module
The printhead module's motorized Z-axis offers 150 mm of vertical travel (-45 to +105 mm) for easy maintenance and upgrade installation.
