The Venus 54D-PWC is a high-performance industrial inkjet engine engineered for demanding industrial environments. It combines precision DOD piezoelectric printheads, automated printhead maintenance, and independent electrical and ink supply systems in a compact, automated design for easy operation.

It excels across diverse applications—from envelopes and barcodes to bills, tickets, packaging, and labels—meeting stringent variable data printing needs in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food & beverage, and tickets.

The system supports both web and sheet-fed printing in online or offline modes. Its modular design enables seamless integration into existing platforms or complex systems, boosting efficiency and adding value.

    Automated maintenance includes purging, wiping, and capping. Its modular, compact design enables easy installation/removal and automated control, with each module operating independently.

  • Adapts to Different Ink Types

    Choose from two ink options: robust UV-curable or specialized water-based. UV ink boasts exceptional durability and adaptability for various substrates like plastic, paper, and metal. Water-based ink is ideal for coated paper.

  • Compatibility with Printing Platforms of
    Various Heights

    The system adapts to various platforms by swapping beam supports, with a vertical adjustment range from 45 mm below to slightly above the mounting surface.

  • Multi-angle Printhead Alignment

    The printhead module boasts a true 600 DPI resolution. Its patented multi-angle adjustment bracket enables easy fine-tuning on X, Y, and Z axes for perfect alignment.

  • Horizontal Fine-Tuning of Printhead Module

    The printhead module's X-axis is motor-driven, with a precision of 0.1 mm. This ensures accurate positioning and high-quality variable data printing, even at high speeds.

  • Height Adjustment of Printhead Module

    The printhead module's motorized Z-axis offers 150 mm of vertical travel (-45 to +105 mm) for easy maintenance and upgrade installation.
