High Performance & Double Speed Inkjet Print Engine for VDP
The Morpho 432D is an inkjet print engine engineered for single-pass variable data printing (VDP). It operates at either standard or double speed and offers a maximum printing width of 432 mm.
Featuring Kyocera KJ4 printhead, high-speed and high-resolution piezoelectric inkjet printhead technology, the Morpho 432D meets the growing and demanding needs for printing barcodes, serial numbers, dates, logos, images, times, and text on coated or uncoated substrates.
The Morpho 432D is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed printing, and both in-line and off-line targeted marking printing. The modular design offers greater flexibility to combine the Morpho 432D with different technologies, such as feeding, UV curing, camera inspection or host PC.
The Morpho 432D prints crisp edges at high resolution of 600 × 600 dpi. Text as small as 4pt is perfectly legible.

with Multi-Axis Adjustability
The actual physical resolution of the Morpho 432D is up to 600 DPI. The patented, multi-angle adjustment mounting bracket enables the operator to adjust the angle of the X, Y, and Z-axis directions for each Print Head Module. Users can adjust the relative position of print heads easily and precisely.
