DG54R - The industrial UV roll-to-roll inkjet printer brings a new breakthrough to webbing printing. Equipped with Amica System's patented micro-stepping printing technology, the DG54R is tailor-made for color printing on narrow-width textile roll materials; it can achieve high precision production as well as high productivity.
The DG54R uses UV-curable ink and can print directly on commonly used webbing materials such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, and polycotton. To address the easy stretchability of textile roll materials, the DG54R employs multiple control technologies to ensure stable material tension and transport speed during the printing process, thereby achieving high-quality webbing printing.
The DG54R webbing inkjet printing solution covers equipment, software, hardware, ink, and UV curing system. Compared with traditional printing methods, the DG54R is more environmentally friendly; it does not need plate-making and offers a shorter delivery lead time. Patented Micro-Stepping Print Technology
2.5D texture & embossed effect
Using innovative 2.5D printing technology, it can create rich texture and embossed effects on the entire or partial area of the printing material. High-precision multi-layer ink stacking produces embossed patterns with a distinct tactile feel texture, endowing products with unique visual and tactile experience and greatly enhancing product added value.
High-quality line and color output
With a printhead physical resolution of up to 600 DPI and a minimum droplet size of just 5 pL, it can easily deliver sharp small characters and fine lines. VDS (Variable Droplet Size) control technology ensures flawless reproduction of complex patterns and smooth gradients, meeting the ultimate pursuit of quality in industrial scenarios
Variable data printing, expanding high-value applications
Supports full-color variable data printing, enabling flexible embedding of text, dates, times, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and color images. Excellent white ink printing
Prints an opaque white ink base layer on transparent or colored materials. The Choke and Spread functions of white ink prevents defects on image edges and make sure they are clean and sharp. Mechanical stirring and a white ink circulation system ensure keep ink in good status and ensure consistent quality during continuous printing.
Precise restoration of spot colors for logos and brands
Possessing outstanding spot color simulation capability, it delivers highly accurate reproduction of standard colors, especially when printing corporate logos and brand identity hues. It meets the stringent visual communication requirements of brand image and ensures every output remains true to brand DNA.
1) Automatic printhead maintenance system
Integrated design enables ink purging, wiping, and capping of the printhead, fully automating printhead maintenance.
2) Dual negative pressure control system
Dual independently adjustable negative pressure for white ink and color ink, ensuring printhead’s precise, stable and high-quality output at peak performance.
3) PLC control module
For different ribbon materials, parameters can be directly set via the PCS software to control the PLC module for precise tension adjustment. This offers convenient operation and effectively ensures registration accuracy.

Anti-overflow and anti-surge. Enables precise control of ink temperature to maintain optimal viscosity and surface tension.

Zoned vacuum platen
Three independently controlled zones can be activated as needed according to the material width, achieving on-the-spot vacuum absorption and ensuring the flatness of the printing substrate.

Dual edge guide system
Uses infrared sensors to detect the media, enabling dynamic edge correction for two rolls of ribbon simultaneously. Automatically stops when the limit is exceeded.

Servo-driven unwind and rewind unit
Precisely controls the tension of easily stretchable textile roll materials during the printing process, and ensures that their transport speed is strictly synchronized with the printing action.

Automatic ink supply system
Equipped with 3L double-inlet bulk tanks, low-level ink alarm, easy refilling; mechanical stirring & ink re-circulation to keep the white ink well mixed.
