One of our European OEM customers applied AMICA’s 100% proprietary TBC Direct-to-Bottle Inkjet Printer for printing on steel bottles and plastic bottles.

Equipped with industrial high precision print heads, TBC is configured with LED UV curable ink, and supports printing with CMYK, White Ink, and Varnish. Thanks to multiple self-developed technologies tailored for 360°high quality printing on tapers/ cylinders, our client can easily realize 360° rotational printing for various innovative applications.

In photos above, TBC was printing on water bottles made of different materials. In order to achieve accurate color reproduction and delicate details, TBC adopted W+CMYK+V color mode by firstly printing a layer of white ink as the base before printing CMYK, and using Varnish as the final decoration. The credit of this efficient 38-second production process and superior print quality went to advanced simultaneous printing and curing technologies.

In addition to the applications shown above, TBC prints a wide range of colorful images and easy-to-read texts on tapers/ cylinders made of various materials.

	Plastic Cups Recyclable Paper Cups The TB series utilizes advanced inkjet printing technology, eliminating any contact between print heads and the media, uprooting the risk of media deformation. The environmental-friendly LED UV ink can be recycled with paper cups, leaving no potential harm to the environment.
Metal Cans Vacuum Bottles The TB series  supports direct printing on iron cans, aluminum cans, stainless steel vacuum bottles and other metallic products. It offers superior ink adhesiveness which easily contributes to everlasting images and texts on the surfaces.
	Sport Bottles The TB series  is able to print on streamlined sport bottles made of various materials. These trendy images and excellent color reproduction endow end users with immense sensual pleasures when they are taking in necessary water.
