Industrial UV Conveyor Inkjet Printer with Vision Positioning
Automatically and simultaneously identifies different media by shape, size, and color,
and automatically matches them with the corresponding print content.
Three production modes enable more choices, higher efficiency, and smarter printing production.
The TX800 series, available in TX822 (4 printheads) and TX824 (8 printheads) models, integrates multiple advanced technologies to enable a high precision, high efficiency smart printing process. Thanks to the conveyor belt transport technology, the loading, printing and unloading zones do not interfere with each other, which enables highly efficient continuous loading and unloading.
The TX800 is equipped with a high definition color vision recognition and positioning system, with hardware and software working in tandem. It offers three production modes for users to choose flexibly based on needs: printing while scanning with belt moving, printing while scanning with gantry moving, scanning before printing with gantry moving.
In the scan-while-print mode with belt moving, the TX822 achieves the highest production efficiency. When using the gantry movement printing mode, the TX824 supports the one-time output of primer, white ink, CMYK, LcLm, OrGr, as well as varnish, meeting the needs for more colors.
The TX800 is equipped with high precision industrial printheads, achieving a maximum print resolution of 1440 × 1200 DPI, rendering every detail with fineness. Additionally, it employs UV LED curing technology, allowing direct printing on a wide range of materials such as metal, glass, acrylic, plastic, wood, ceramic, leather, and paper—covering nearly all common industrial and decorative materials. The TX800 excels at batch printing of regular, irregular, and odd shaped objects, and can be integrated with vibratory bowls, robotic arms, and other equipment to build fully automated unmanned production lines. It is an ideal choice for improving production efficiency and flexibility.

Features
Diverse Applications & Printing Technology
Spot Color Printing. The NuviPRINT® RIP software features powerful spot color output capabilities, precisely reproducing brand identification colors and spot colors used in packaging applications.
Embossed Printing. Combines color inks, white ink, and varnish printing to provide a wide range of surface finishing effects, giving products a distinctive tactile and visual appeal.
High-Throw Printing. Achieves precise droplet placement on surfaces with height variations, thereby delivering consistent print quality. Its high-throw printing capability supports surface height variations of up to 10 mm (0.39 in).
* High-throw print quality may be influenced by many factors. Printing beyond the suggested distance is possible, though the results can vary depending on the environment, artwork, gradients, printhead condition, material, and surface profile.
NuviCamera Vision Recognition & Positioning System
Integrated control panel
Equipped with a color LCD display, it shows printer’s real-time status, supports offline printing, and offers efficient and convenient operation.
Automatic ink supply system
Equipped with 3L dual-opening ink tanks, features a low-ink alarm and easy refilling; mechanical stirring and ink circulation keep the white ink well mixed.
Segmented UV curing technology
Equipped with two independently controlled segmented UV LED curing lamps for better print quality and faster varnish printing.
Automatic printhead maintenance system
Compact and space-saving, integrating automatic ink purging, wiping, and capping to protect the printhead.
Dual negative pressure system
CMYK inks and white ink have independent negative pressure systems, ensuring stable and smooth printing during high-frequency printing.
Static eliminator
The plasma bar eliminates static electricity on the media, ensuring precise ink droplet placement and keeping the surface clean and dust-free.
Applications
The TX800 is widely used in fields such as toys, stationery, industrial decoration, indoor displays, souvenirs, gifts, IC cards, and electronic products.
