Thanks to the Rotational Print Pass Method (RPPM) and Special Print Head Arrangement Method, the TBCH is endowed with amazing print productivity and print quality for tapered objects and cylinders.
The Ink Droplet Conversion Algorithm realizes consistent resolutions and stable visual effects for bottle or cup sets in different sizes.
The TBCH also uses the Ink Droplet Compensation Algorithm to avoid image deformation on different sections of the tapered object, and ensure excellent visual effect.

* High-throw printing supports surface height variations of up to 0.315" (8 mm) to 0.394" (10 mm). Printing beyond the suggested distance is possible, though the results can vary depending on the environment, artwork, gradients, printhead condition, material, and surface profile.

The interface is compatible with cylinders and tapered objects of various diameters and is easy to install, while ensuring smooth rotation at high speeds.
The mist absorption device efficiently removes floating ink particles from the printing area, ensuring excellent print quality.
The compact Print Head Maintenance Module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping for convenient unattended operation.
Segmented UV curing control technology activates UV lamps in segments to deliver a perfect varnish glossy finish and an average increase of more than 50% in print productivity.
Automatic Print Head Protection System monitors whether the print heads will be scratched or exposed to UV lights, and immediately stops the movement of the carriage in case of the emergency situations, effectively ensuring the safety of print heads.
The automatic ink supply system monitors and controls the ink levels of the main and sub ink tanks in real time.
With the help of a microprocessor, the active negative pressure system ensures high-speed and high-quality printing when print heads jet at higher firing frequency.
The control panel integrates the main functions and is equipped with a color LCD display screen with an intuitive interface.
