Our Multi-Printing TechnologyTM maximizes the utilization of printheads. The NovaSpin Pro has achieved a number of technological breakthroughs, which have improved the printing quality and printing efficiency at the same time. The NovaSpin Pro features 8-color printing, which allows it to achieve fine light tones as well as high-fidelity colors for a wider color gamut.
High-throw printing technology maintains precise droplet placement on complex curved surfaces, supporting height variations of up to 0.315" (8 mm) to 0.393" (10 mm). Printing beyond the suggested distance is possible, though the results can vary depending on the environment, artwork, gradients, printhead condition, material, and surface profile.

The ventilation system filters and removes floating ink mist from the print area to provide an environmentally friendly operating area and high-quality printing.

The automatic ink supply system monitors and controls ink levels of the main and sub ink tanks with liquid level sensors.
Based on an all-in-one design concept, the small and compact print head maintenance module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping for convenient unattended operation.

The contour recognition function has the ability to analyze the shape of the printed object and capture its contours, and then combine the captured data with software algorithms to ensure accurate printing, especially for objects with special shapes.
Substrate fixtures that match different shapes and sizes of cups and bottles can be easily and stably fixed on printer. Their angle can be adjusted electrically. Bottles and cups are automatically clamped and supported
The improved fixture mounting structure not only supports objects up to 330 mm in length, but also shortens loading and unloading times when printing short bottles and ensures stability at high rotational speeds.
